Background
Staff received quotes for Well #14 maintenance from three well contractors. The quotes included a new pump, column pipe, line shaft and couplings, electrical equipment, all required testing and training. The quotes are as follows:

Keys Well Drilling Co. $63,865.00
Bergerson-Caswell, Inc. $45,575.00
Recommendation
Staff recommends awarding the Well #14 maintenance to Bergerson-Caswell, Inc. for $45,575.00 to be charged to the Water Utility Fund.
