Background

Daniel Nelson, applicant, is currently in the process of changing the name of The BeBop and Elegance Room to Banquets of Minnesota Blaine.  This action is in the process of being approved by the State Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement and signage change is pending construction completion.

This request is for a name change of the business only and will apply to the on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses.  This action does not involve any change of owners, a change of corporate officers or a change of location of the business.

Recommendation

By motion, approve the name change from The Bebop and Elegance Room to Banquets of Minnesota Blaine, 1009 109^th Avenue NE.
