Background
A public hearing is required prior to the approval of a Private On-Sale and Sunday liquor license in the City of Blaine.
James Kruizenga, owner and applicant for Broadway Bar & Pizza, has submitted an application for a Private On-Sale and Sunday liquor license for the facility located at 11822 Aberdeen Street NE, Blaine, Minnesota. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license fee of $5,700, a $500 background fee, the required certificate of insurance for liquor liability and all required forms and documents have been received and are on file in our office.
The Police Department has completed the background investigation and found no information to prohibit the granting of a Private On-sale and Sunday Liquor License to Flippin Dough, LLC dba Broadway Bar & Pizza.
The license application is also being presented at this time for approval.
All required information will be submitted to the State Liquor Control Board upon approval of the license by the Council.
