APPROVE KENNEL LICENSE FOR STONE MOUNTAIN PET LODGE, LOCATED AT 10073 BALTIMORE STREET NE, BLAINE
Background
David A. Larson, owner of Stone Mountain Pet Lodge, has submitted an application for a kennel license at their new facility located at 10073 Baltimore Street NE. Mr. Larson has submitted an application fee of $70 along with all necessary documentation required by City ordinance.
Mr. Larson currently holds a kennel license at their facility located at 9935 Radisson Road NE. Based on repeated annual inspections at this facility (the last one conducted in March 2014) with no issues found, staff has waived the background investigation and sees no reason to prohibit issuance of this license.
Recommendation
By motion, approve a kennel license for David A. Larson, owner of Stone Mountain Pet Lodge, at their new facility located at 10073 Baltimore Street NE, Blaine.
