APPROVE A PRIVATE ON-SALE AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR PCL INC., DBA KINTARO SUSHI & HIBACHI, LOCATED AT 10340 BALTIMORE STREET NE, SUITE #100, BLAINE, MINNESOTA
Background
A public hearing is required prior to the approval of a Private On-Sale and Sunday liquor license in the City of Blaine.
Lanxian Jiang, owner and applicant for Kintaro Sushi & Hibachi, has submitted an application for a Private On-Sale and Sunday liquor license for the facility located at 10340 Baltimore Street NE, Suite #100, Blaine, Minnesota. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license fee of $5,700, a $500 background fee, the required certificate of insurance for liquor liability and all required forms and documents have been received and are on file in our office.
The Police Department has completed the background investigation and found no information to prohibit the granting of a Private On-sale and Sunday Liquor License to Kintaro Sushi & Hibachi.
The license application is also being presented at this time for approval.
All required information will be submitted to the State Liquor Control Department upon approval of the license by the Council.

Hold a public hearing to receive input regarding an On-Sale and Sunday liquor license for PCL Inc., dba Kintaro Sushi & Hibachi, located at 10340 Baltimore Street NE, Suite #100, Blaine, Minnesota.
