Background
Dustin Dorr, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license and massage therapist license for D-Master of Massage & Healing, located at 784 County Road 10 NE, Blaine. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.
The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of her license.
This license is valid for the 2015 calendar year and will be renewed in the fall.
