We agreed to keep the City contribution to the cafeteria plan as $940 through December 31, 2012. The parties agree to reopen the insurance article for 2013.
Recommendation
By motion, ratify the Police Sergeants Contract between the Law Enforcement Labor Services Local 340 and the City of Blaine for calendar years 2011 - 2013.
