APPROVE INVOICE FOR NEW DUG OUTS AT BLAINE BASEBALL COMPLEX
Background
Attached is the invoice for the new dug outs at the Blaine Baseball Complex. This project is being paid for through donations from the four baseball organizations in Blaine: Blaine Fusion Team, the Blaine High School Boosters, the Blaine Area Little League and the Blaine Area Traveling Baseball Association. The groups donated a total of $18,000 to the project and staff is requesting approval of payment of $12,578 to Classic Construction for the work. The following organization representatives will be present at the Council meeting:
Eric Feigum - Blaine High School Baseball Coach (Blaine HS Boosters)
Rick Fanning - Blaine Area Traveling Baseball Association
Chris Bentrott - Blaine Area Little League
Recommendation
Approve payment for Classic Construction, Inc. in the amount of $12,578 for dug outs at the Blaine Baseball Complex and extend its gratitude to the baseball organizations for their generous donation.
