Title
2012 PROPOSED SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS BUDGET
Background
As part of the City's comprehensive budgeting process, staff will be presenting preliminary budgets for two special revenue funds. The funds to be presented are:
· Cable Television Fund
· Charitable Gambling Fund
The presentation will provide Council with the opportunity to review and comment on the proposed budgets before the budgets are presented to Council for formal adoption later in the year.
Attached are summaries for the two budgets.

Discussion of the attached budgets and the programs supported by the proposed budgets.
COUNCIL DIRECTION TO STAFF:
Staff is looking for Council consensus regarding the proposed budgets.
