FIRE APPARATUS PURCHASE

Background

At the September 15^th meeting, City Council approved the bond sale for the purchase of three trucks for the Spring Lake Park-Blaine-Mounds View Fire Department. The bond sale, which also includes funds to replace the existing air/light truck and a chief's vehicle, is scheduled for October 20, 2011. Attached is a memo that outlines in more detail the process and proposals that were received.
