Executive Summary
Staff and the Park Board will take one final look at the Parks Development CIP fund for the different park development projects for the next 5 years.
Background
Each year the Park Board and staff meet to discuss upcoming projects for the next five years. Projects include new park construction, new playground equipment in community parks, parking lots, hockey rinks, skate parks and sports lighting. Most of these projects have been identified in the Parks Master Plan. Staff will present the 5 - year budget of upcoming projects along with their cost estimates. The Park Board reviewed the first draft of the budget in September and the City Council reviewed it in October . All recommendations by the Park Board will be brought to the City Council in December for final approval.
