Background

Junting He, new owner of Heng Body Care Massage located at 1250 126^th Avenue NE, has applied for both a therapeutic massage enterprise license as well as an individual massage therapist license. He has submitted completed license applications, license and background fees, and all required documentation.

The Blaine Police Department background investigation is currently in process and a fire inspection will be completed as part of the Certificate of Occupancy process.  This license, if approved, would be valid for the 2016 calendar year and eligible for renewal in the fall. 

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License for Junting He as new owner of Heng Body Care Massage located at 1250 126^th Avenue NE, contingent upon a successful background investigation, fire inspection, and Certificate of Occupancy.
