Background
A petition date April 25, 2012, was submitted to the City by Bruce Dachis, Chief Manager of Bird Prey Four, LLC and Gary Dachis, Chief Manager of Oral One, LLC requesting vacation of street right-of-way. This vacation is being requested for the Park Dental office to expand the parking. A drainage and utility easement will be maintained over the area to cover existing utilities. The applicant is a single property owner who represents 100% of the affected property abutting this easement.

Recommendation
By motion, approve the Resolution.
Body
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition dated the 25th day of April, 2012, requesting vacation of TH 65 West Frontage Road adjacent to the east property line of Lot 1, Block 1, Sandler Place; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has reviewed the petition and recommends that the City Council hold a Public Hearing on the requested vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Blaine as follows:
1. The Council will consider the petitioned vacation of TH 65 West Frontage Road adjacent to the east property line of Lot 1, Block 1, Sandler Place for the property owner.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on the proposed vacation at 8:00 p.m. on the 21st day of June, 2012, and the City Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and vacation as required by law.
