Background
The applicant, Donald Zietlow, 2802 Bergamot Place, Onalaska, Wisconsin has submitted an application for an off-sale 3.2 percent malt beverage license for the new Kwik Trip store located at 3405 Lake Drive NE, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing with the City the fee and by completing all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance the licenses.
Recommendation
By motion, approve an Off-Sale 3.2 percent malt beverage license for Kwik Trip Inc., dba Kwik Trip #206, 3405 Lake Drive NE, Blaine, MN 55014.
