Background
· Staff will present an overview of the current residential lot inventory and how that number is now suggesting a need for new residential lots.
· Staff will also present a preview of pending development proposals that are in response to the lot inventory and growing buyer/builder interest.
· This presentation and subsequent CC discussion is informational in nature but will help set the background in anticipation of future development proposals
