Background

Roger Stawski, of the National Sports Center, has submitted an application for an Amusement Device License for three devices at the Schwan Ice Arena located at 1700 105^th Avenue NE, Blaine.  The application fee of $100 has been submitted and all necessary documentation required by City Ordinance has been received.  This item was first presented to council on February 2, 2012 but was tabled and is being brought back now for council approval.   

Recommendation

By motion, approve an amusement device license for the Schwan Ice Arena, 1700 105^th Avenue NE, Blaine.
