Title

AMENDING THE 2017 COMPENSATION PLAN REAUTHORIZING THE COMMERCIAL BUILDING INSPECTOR POSITION

Background

The Building Inspections Department has asked to reauthorize the Commercial Building Inspector position. The position was listed as “not authorized” in the January plan approved by Council. The employee being promoted is currently a Building Inspector. The budget impact of this reactivation in 2017 is $1,726. The budget impact will be more than offset by the 2017 building permit revenues.
