Background

Applicant, Jeffrey Dierkhising, 50 119^th Circle NE, Blaine, has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for Disc Life, a retail golf shop located at 11712 Jefferson Street NE, Blaine.  The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing a fee of $150 with the City and by completing all necessary forms.   

The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Tobacco and Tobacco Products License for Disc Life, 11712 Jefferson Street NE, Blaine.
