Background
The City of Blaine and IUOE (International Union of Operating Engineers) representing Public Works have reached an agreement on the following one-year contract for 2013:

Recommendation
By motion, ratify the Public Works contract between the IUOE Local 49 and the City of Blaine for calendar year 2013.
