Background
Jeffry Meek, applicant, 10166 Birch Grove Road, East Gull Lake, has submitted an application for a tobacco and tobacco products license at Mills Fleet Farm, 10250 Lexington Avenue NE. Since Mills Fleet Farm will be selling tobacco products at the current Service Desk, a Certificate of Occupancy is not needed. The applicant has met the licensing requirements by completing all necessary forms and depositing the fee with the City. This license is in addition to the existing license at their Gas Mart.
The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation and found nothing to prohibit issuance of the license.

By motion, approve a tobacco and tobacco products license for Mills Fleet Farm, 10250 Lexington Avenue NE.
