Background
Andrea Lazenby, applicant for Wal-Mart Stores Inc., has submitted an application for an Amusement Device License for up to three devices to be located at the new Wal-Mart store located at 11505 Ulysses Street NE, Blaine.
Ms. Lazenby has submitted an application fee of $100 and all necessary documentation required by City Ordinance.
