Executive Summary

Park Construction has requested permission to work outside of the permitted 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday work hours during the weekends of Sunday, July 18 and Sunday, July 25 to complete work on 93^rd Lane as a part of the 2021 Street Improvements Project.

Background

Park Construction has requested permission to work on Sunday, July 18 and July 25 to complete work on 93^rd Lane near the Highway 10 interchange.  Due to the layout of the medians in this area, Park Construction is proposing a weekend closure to complete paving work that would be difficult to complete safely under traffic and provide a quality product.

The weekend closures will affect an Anoka County road (85^th Avenue) and a MnDOT highway (Highway 10).  Both agencies have reviewed and approved the closures.

No residential homes are immediately adjacent to the construction site.
