Background

Staff has received the 2015-2016 On-sale Club, Off-Sale 3.2% Malt Beverage and On-Sale 3.2% Malt Beverage license renewal applications attached hereto from the following establishments.  The following list of establishments attached hereto have submitted renewal applications renewable for July 1, 2015.

All City Code requirements have been met, including dram shop insurance and renewal fees.

Recommendation

By motion, approve the 2015-2016 On-Sale and Off-Sale Beer License Renewals.
