Background
Mark Clasen, applicant for Fogerty Arena has requested a name change on his original application for The Ice House Grille. Council approved the On-Sale Liquor license on November 15, 2012 but the restaurant has not yet opened. Because no paperwork has been submitted yet to the State Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement we allowed him to make the changes to his application and State documents from Fogerty Arena The Ice House Inc., dba The Ice House Grille, 9250 Lincoln Street NE, Blaine to Fogerty Arena The Ice House Inc., dba Gabe's Rinkside Bar and Grill.
This request is for a name change of the business only. It does not involve a change of owners, a change of corporate officers or a change of location of the business.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the name change from Fogerty Arena The Ice House Inc., dba The Ice House Grille, 9250 Lincoln Street NE, Blaine to Fogerty Arena The Ice House Inc., dba Gabe's Rinkside Bar and Grill.
