Title
APPROVE INDIVIDUAL THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE LICENSES
Background
On April 19, 2012 the City Council approved the new ordinance requiring all massage therapists be licensed. The ordinance became effective May 19, 2012.
Attached are three Individual Massage Therapist license applications staff received along with required documentation, the license fee and a background investigation fee. The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation on each individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of their license.
This license is renewed in the fall and will be effective for the 2013 calendar year.

By motion, approve the Individual Therapeutic Massage licenses
