Background
Jinzhong Wang, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license for Peony Massage LLC, located 11724 Ulysses Street Suite 120, Blaine. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.
The Blaine Police Department background investigation is currently in process on this individual and Fire inspection will be completed as part of the Certificate of Occupancy process. This license, if approved, would be valid for the 2015 calendar year and eligible for renewal in the fall.
Recommendation
By motion, approve a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License for Peony Massage LLC, located 11724 Ulysses Street Suite 120 contingent upon a successful background investigation, fire inspection, and Certificate of Occupancy.
