Background

The applicant, Muntasir Eisa, 10402 Indiana Avenue N, Brooklyn Park, MN has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for Central Tobacco located at 1430 93^rd Lane NE, Blaine.  The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing a prorated fee of $45 with the City and by completing all necessary forms.   

The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Tobacco and Tobacco Products License for Central Tobacco, 1430 93^rd Lane NE, Blaine.
