Background
Denise Hanson, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license for D's Therapeutic Massage, located at 784 County Road 10 NE, Suite# 12 Blaine. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.
The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of her license. This license will be valid effective approval and be eligible for renewal in the fall.
