Background
The applicant, Triet Joseph Nguyen, 11341 Hastings Street NE, Blaine, MN has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for an e-cigarette store to be located in Northtown Mall, Blaine. The applicant has met the licensing requirements, has submitted a prorated fee of $45.00 with the City and has completed all necessary forms.
The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.
