CONFIRM MAYORAL APPOINTMENTS TO THE 2013 NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION BOARD
Background
At the February 7, 2013 Council meeting, Mayor Ryan announced two-year appointments of Sam Villella, Ward 1; Christopher Perkins, Ward 2; Mary Jo Truchon, Ward 3; and Dottie McKinley, Chair-at-Large.
The appointees' current terms expire March 31, 2013. The appointees will receive their oath of office at the March 19 Natural Resource Conservation Board meeting or at a time arranged with the City Clerk's office.
All Natural Resource Conservation Board appointee's terms shall expire in March of each year when a successor is qualified. Those confirmed on February 21, 2013 will expire in March 2015.
Recommendation
Move to confirm the Mayor's two-year appointments of Sam Villella, Ward 1; Christopher Perkins, Ward 2; Mary Jo Truchon, Ward 3; and Dottie McKinley as Chair-at-Large.
