Background
Envirotech Services was contracted to perform the 2014 Dust Control which was applied to approximately 6 miles of gravel roads on May 21, 2014. The amount of calcium chloride applied was 13,038 gallons at 0.94 per gallon.

Approve payment to Envirotech Services for the 2014 Dust Control for $12,255.12.
Recommendation
By Motion, Approve payment to Envirotech Services for the 2014 Dust Control for $12,255.12 to be funded from the Street Division Budget.
