Background
Jonathan Halper, applicant for Yayin Gadol, LLC, is currently in the process of changing all their locations from Northgate Liquors to Top Ten Liquors. This action has been approved by the State Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement and signage will change sometime in February 2016.
This request is for a name change of the business only and will apply to both the off-sale liquor and tobacco/tobacco products licenses. This action does not involve a change of owners, a change of corporate officers or a change of location of the business.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the name change from Yayin Gadol, LLC, dba Northgate Liquors to Yayin Gadol, LLC, dba Top Ten Liquors, 12513 Central Avenue NE.
