Background
Lisa Wicklund, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license for Bliss Massage Studio, located at 9140 Baltimore Street NE, Blaine. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.
The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on this individual and has found nothing to prohibit issuance of the license.
This license is valid for the 2015 calendar year and will be eligible for renewal in the fall.

By motion, approve a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License for Bliss Massage Studio, 9140 Baltimore Street NE, Blaine, MN 55449.
