APPROVE THE RENEWAL OF A TOBACCO AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS LICENSE FOR E-CIG CAFÉ,

10904 BALTIMORE STREET NE, SUITE 108, BLAINE

Background

The applicant, John Ruesch has submitted a renewal application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for the E-Cig Cafe located at 10904 Baltimore Street NE, Blaine.  The applicant has met the licensing requirements by depositing a fee of $150 with the City and by completing all necessary forms.   

Staff received Mr. Ruesch's original application on September 9^th, but his license was not approved until the September 20, 2013 council meeting.   Tobacco renewals were sent out on September 12^th and since he was not yet in the system, his renewal was overlooked and did not get renewed at the December 19, 2013 council meeting.  He is requesting to approve his tobacco license renewal at this time.

Recommendation

By motion, approve the renewal of a Tobacco and Tobacco Products License for E-Cig Café, 10904 Baltimore Street NE, Suite 108, Blaine.
