Background

Rebecca Jochum, of Stress Reduction Specialties, 9100 Baltimore Street NE, Suite 101, is relocating her massage therapy business from her present location on Baltimore Street NE to 1061 109^th Avenue NE, Suite D, Blaine.

Blaine City Code, Sec. 22-431 (c) states that a massage enterprise license is not transferable and that each license is issued only to the premises described in the application.  A license may, however, be transferred to another location if approved by the Council.

Recommendation

By motion, approve the transfer of Stress Reduction Specialties Massage Enterprise License to the new premises address.
