Background
A public hearing is required by ordinance prior to the approval of an On-Sale Wine license in the City of Blaine.
Katherine Pepple, owner/applicant for Carbone's Pizza Blaine has submitted an application for an On-Sale Wine license for the facility located at 10950 Club West Pkwy, #220, Blaine, Minnesota. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license fees of $2000 and $500 for the background investigation. The required certificate of insurance for liquor liability and all required forms and documents have been received and are on file in our office.
The Blaine Police Department have completed the background investigation and found no information to prohibit the granting of an On-Sale Wine license.
The license application is also being presented at this time for approval.
All required information will be submitted to the State Liquor Control Department upon approval of the license by the Council.
