Background

Xueqiang Lin, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license for Massage Spark LLC, located 443 87^th Lane NE, Blaine.  

The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.  

The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of the license.  This license is valid for the 2015 calendar year and will be eligible for renewal in the fall.  

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License for Massage Spark LLC, 443 87^th Lane NE, Blaine, MN 55434.
