Background
Staff will provide a presentation regarding the Blaine Wetland Sanctuary Pavilion and Restroom project. The presentation will include updates regarding design options and cost estimates.
The City Council will be reviewing this same information at the February 14, 2022 Workshop, and will provide direction and feedback for this project. Staff will advise NRCB of the outcomes from the Council’s discussion on February 14.
The city council approved a consulting contract for $110,500 with WSB and Associates for the project.

Staff is looking for feedback on the concepts from the presentation.
