PUBLIC HEARING - CROWN IRON WORKS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TIF PLAN, DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND BUSINESS SUBSIDY

Background

Minnesota State Statute 469.357 Subd. 3 requires that before any tax increment financing plan is approved by a municipality, a public hearing must be held.  Please refer to the Resolution item for background on the Crown Iron Works Economic Development TIF District.
