Citizens from the community will be present to receive recognition from the Blaine Police Department for their actions in 2020 that directly benefited their fellow citizens.
An off-duty firefighter performed CPR on an unconscious male until police and fire arrived resulting in the victim’s life being saved.
Four members from the same family noticed a young girl being abused by a predator and intervened by stopping his actions and restraining him until police arrived.

Each year the Blaine Police Department recognizes citizens in the community that have gone above and beyond what is expected of them to positively impact their fellow citizens.
