APPROVE RENEWAL OF A MASSAGE ENTERPRISE LICENSE FOR SALON MYSTIQUE, 10950 CLUB WEST PARKWAY, SUITE 150, BLAINE

Background

Cheryl Nielsen, owner and applicant, has submitted her renewal application for the Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License at Salon Mystique, located at 10950 Club West Pkwy, Suite 150, Blaine.  

Although the applicant had been notified on several occasions regarding her renewal, no response was received in time for approval at the December 18^th meeting.  She has now submitted the completed renewal application, license and background fee and required documentation.  

The Blaine Police Department has conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of her license.  

This license will be valid effective approval and will be eligible for renewal in the fall.  

Recommendation

By motion, approve the renewal of a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise License for Salon Mystique, 10950 Club West Parkway, Suite 150, Blaine.
