Background
Public and written notice has been provided as required by City Charter. The vacation of easements for drainage, utility and public street purposes, granted in Document Nos. 219177 and 944239, is being requested in order to replat the property. New right-of-way and utility and drainage easements will be dedicated with the new plat being proposed as Wagamon Ranch. The petitioners represent a majority of the affected property abutting this easement.
Ordinance No. 15-2314 was introduced for first reading at the May 7, 2015 Council meeting and is presented at this time for adoption.

By motion, approve the ordinance.

214.02 - Said vacation has been made after Notice of Public Hearing in conformance with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Chapter 12, Section 12.06, of the City Charter of the City of Blaine.
