Background
Public and written notice has been provided as required by City Charter. The vacation of easements for drainage, utility and public street purposes, granted in Document Nos. 219177 and 944239, is being requested in order to replat the property.  New right-of-way and utility and drainage easements will be dedicated with the new plat being proposed as Wagamon Ranch.  The petitioners represent a majority of the affected property abutting this easement.
 
Ordinance No. 15-2314 was introduced for first reading at the May 7, 2015 Council meeting and is presented at this time for adoption.
 
Recommendation
By motion, approve the ordinance.

214.01      -      The West 60.00 feet of the East 660.00 feet lying South of the North 300.00 feet of the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ and the West 60.00 of the East 660.00 feet lying North of the South 1050.00 feet of the Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 3, Township 31, Range 23, Anoka County, Minnesota.
