APPROVE 2012-2013 ON-SALE WINE LICENSE RENEWALS
Background
Wine licenses are renewable on July 1, 2012. Staff has received the following 2012-2013 Wine License renewal applications:
· Carol's Restaurant, 11888 Aberdeen Street NE
· Noodles & Company, 10340 Baltimore Street NE, #180
· Dixie Blue Bar-B-Que, 2330 Cloud Drive, #101
The applicants have deposited an annual license fee according to the fee schedule with the City. All other Code requirements have been met including surety bond, dram shop insurance, and inspection of the premises by the Anoka County Community Health and Environmental Services Department.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the 2012-2013 On-Sale Wine license renewals.
