RESOLUTION IN APPRECIATION TO COUNCILMEMBER RUSS HERBST
Body
WHEREAS, Russ Herbst has served the City of Blaine as Ward 3 Councilmember from April 2000 to January 2017; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Herbst has served diligently, conscientiously, competently, and fairly in all matters related to the office of Councilmember; and
WHEREAS, the Blaine citizens, present and future, are better for his having served as Councilmember.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Blaine expresses the gratitude of Blaine citizens to Russ Herbst for the loyal and faithful service he has given, by means of this resolution which shall be spread upon the permanent records of the City.
