CONFIRM MAYORAL APPOINTMENT TO THE 2015 PLANNING COMMISSION

Background

At the May 7, 2015 Council meeting, Mayor Ryan announced the two-year appointment of Daphne Ponds, Ward 1.  The Planning Commission appointee will receive her oath of office at the June 9, 2015 Planning Commission meeting.

All Planning Commissioners' terms expire in March of each year when a successor is qualified.  Ms. Ponds' appointment, if confirmed, will expire in March 2017.

Recommendation

Move to confirm Mayor's two-year appointments of Daphne Ponds, Ward 1.
