Schedule of Actions
Background
Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot A White Pines Senior Living at the Lakes were previously platted as a portion of The Lakes of Radisson and Lakes of Radisson Thirty Ninth Addition. The proposed senior living building on Lot 1 and the existing ponding on Outlot A do not have any responsibility for the previous plat development that was covered by those Development Agreements. The City is requested to release Development Agreements on a fairly regular basis but Anoka County Property Records (Torrens Division) has requested the City Council adopt a resolution that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute the release. There are no development related issues with these two parcels.
Recommendation
By motion, approve the Resolution.

WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot A of White Pines Senior Living at the Lakes are subject to a Development Agreement from the previous plats of The Lakes of Radisson and The Lakes of Radisson Thirty Ninth Addition and;
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested to City release said lot and outlot from the recorded development agreements and;
WHEREAS, the City has determined that there are no outstanding development issues related to said lot and outlot and therefore no further purpose for the agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Blaine City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the necessary documents releasing Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A of White Pines Senior Living at The Lakes from the Development Agreements for The Lakes of Radisson and The Lakes of Radisson Thirty Ninth Addition.
