Background
Councilmember Jeppson has provided notice to city staff that she will make a motion to rescind the City Council’s previous denial of Blaine Apartments LLC’s rezoning, preliminary plat, and conditional use permit applications (items 10.-5 through 10.-7 on October 3, 2022). The proposed project was for a 111-unit apartment building at 111 99th Avenue NE.
A majority council vote is required to rescind the previous actions. If the previous actions on Blaine Apartments, LLC’s land use applications are rescinded, the City Council will reconsider the applications and vote to approve or deny the applications at its meeting on December 5, 2022.
