Background

The applicant, Qasim Mohammed Al Mayahy, 526 97^th Lane NE,  Blaine, MN has submitted an application for a Tobacco and Tobacco Products license for Tobacco & More located at 10549 University Avenue NE, Blaine.  The applicant has met the licensing requirements, has submitted the fee of $150.00 with the City and has completed all necessary forms.   

The Blaine Police Department has completed a background investigation on the applicant and nothing was found to prohibit the issuance of a tobacco license.

By motion, approve a Tobacco and Tobacco Products License for Tobacco & More, 10549 University Avenue NE, Blaine.
