Background

Previn Solberg, applicant for Invictus Brewing, LLC., has filed an application for a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for a craft beer tasting at the National Sports Center for the Metro North Chamber of Commerce from 4:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on August 23, 2018.

The applicant’s background fee has been waived due to having a taproom license in the City of Blaine.  A certificate of insurance (liquor liability) covering this event has been submitted.  The City has been named as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.

Recommendation

By motion, approve a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Invictus Brewing, LLC, 2025 105^th Avenue NE, Blaine, MN to be allow service at the National Sports Center, 1700 105^th Avenue NE on August 23, 2018 from 4:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
