Background
Derek Authier, owner and applicant, has submitted an application for a Therapeutic Massage Enterprise license for Trigger Point Therapy located at 10705 Town Square Drive, Suite 220, Blaine. The applicant has submitted a completed license application, the license and background fee, along with required documentation.
The Blaine Police Department have conducted a background investigation on this individual and found nothing to prohibit issuance of her license.
This license is valid for the 2014 calendar year and will be renewed in the fall.
